How do I join a Keepsly?
Open the invitation link your host shared with you, then enter the one-time code we text to your phone. If your number is on the guest list, you're in — no password or account needed.
I'm not receiving my verification code.
Codes usually arrive within a few seconds. Check that you entered the same phone number your host used to invite you, make sure you have signal, and try requesting a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll help.
Who can see the photos I upload?
Only the verified people invited to that specific Keepsly. For some experiences (like weddings), you can also mark photos as family-only so they're limited to family and hosts. Every Keepsly is private and never public.
How do I delete a photo I shared?
Open the photo in the Keepsly and choose to remove it. If you'd like your entire account or all of your content removed, email us and we'll take care of it.
Can I download the photos?
Yes — you can save individual photos, and hosts can request a full private download to keep the complete collection.
Is my data safe?
Photos are stored securely and served through short-lived, signed links so only authorized guests can view them. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How much does Keepsly cost?
It's $24.99 per Keepsly, paid once by the host. That includes 2 years of access.
Do guests pay?
No. Only the host unlocks the Keepsly — guests join free and share photos and videos at no cost.
Is this a subscription?
No. There's no auto-renew and nothing bills you monthly. One payment unlocks a Keepsly for 2 years.
What happens after 2 years?
Access ends unless the host chooses to renew for another 2 years. It's always a manual choice — you're never charged automatically.
Can I make more than one Keepsly?
Yes. Each Keepsly has its own one-time unlock, so hosting several experiences means one purchase per Keepsly.
